Pinnacle Residences at the Pier
The Pier at the bottom of Lonsdale has been around for a while. Pre-sales began in November 2005 and the second residential tower took occupancy two weeks ago. The Pier, however, has returned to the foreground of peoples minds with the launch of the next phase Pinnacle Residences at the Pier. a collection of 79 condos on the South side of Esplanade.
