What is a Landmark Building?

We are seeing the term "Landmark Building" used more and more in
Vancouver Real Estate and many people are unsure of what this term
means. Essentially a Landmark building is a building the City of
Vancouver has deemed to be important and has the potential to
become a registered heritage building.
