Great question...the answer really depends on what you want to do. Do you want to Buy, Sell or Invest? The great thing about a 'market' is that it is always good for someone, the hard part is trying to figure out if it is good for you now or if you should wait.

What is a Landmark Building?

We are seeing the term "Landmark Building" used more and more in Vancouver Real Estate and many people are unsure of what this term means. Essentially a Landmark building is a building the City of Vancouver has deemed to be important and has the potential to become a registered heritage building.
