OK, so it's a bit of a cliché but communication is crucial to success. In a relationship, sports team, small company and Real Estate transaction. Communication can't guarantee success but it is a vital part of success. When you list your home, how often does your Realtor call or email you to update you on what's going on? On upcoming plans? When another realtor calls to schedule a showing of your home how quickly does your Realtor get back to them to confirm? If I am working with a buyer and I call to show your home and I don't hear back form your Realtor within an hour-I move on to the next home, we al know there are plenty out there to see.
Communication must be an integral part of your marketing plan.
