Great question...the answer really depends on what you want to do. Do you want to Buy, Sell or Invest? The great thing about a 'market' is that it is always good for someone, the hard part is trying to figure out if it is good for you now or if you should wait.

How will you know when the time is right for you to be aggressive or sit and wait? 

• Educate yourself: Look for unbiased information and stats. Take everything you read with a grain of salt.
• Ask opinions of Professionals: Find a Realtor(s) that you trust, not someone just out for a paycheque. Speak with mortgage professionals, financial planners and accountants and most importantly make sure you make the decision and that you aren't influenced by hype or pessimism.
